Nomination Petition

Want to help get Taylor’s name on the ballot? Follow these steps!

  1. Print your petition. You can download the petition form on this web page and print from the convenience of home.
  2. Fill out the county. This is important! In the top box on the petition form, there is a blank space at the bottom right corner. This is where you will write the name of the county you’re collecting signatures in. All signatures on a single petition page must come from the same county.
  3. Collect signatures in your county! Friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, anyone in your network who meets the guidelines below can sign your petition.
  4. Who can sign a petition? Any eligible voter can sign a petition, as long as they live in the county you wrote in the blank space. Signers must be U.S. citizens, Iowa residents, and 18 years of age or older.
  5. Please ask signers to print legibly. Signatures do not need to be in cursive.
  6. Return your signatures. You can mail your signatures to:
